My job took two visits, The first involved a deep cleaning of my Ultrasuede sofa, which Nathan did with great care, taking his time, until it looked the best it has since it was new. I was very impressed. He also took out my Karastan area rug for binding repairs and a hand wash process with blocking. This involved some juggling of furniture in my living room but that was "No problem!" for Nathan. He made the whole process really easy. Today, Nathan re-delivered the rug right on time, with the bindings perfectly repaired and the carpet looking more beautifully cleaned than I could have imagined. I had honestly forgotten how vibrant the print and colors of the rug once looked, and now it looked that way again.
