I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. The interesting thing was that they were supposedly trained experts on Briggs and Stratton generators. Their recommendation was to buy a new unit. Mr. Wagner not only identified the problem within an hour of coming and seeing the unit but after ordering the parts made the unit operational within two hours. I would highly recommend him. Were good at explaining what they were doing so i could understand.  Didn't ruin my garden where they were working outside the house.  Every time they came in the house, they put on little scrub-type-booties over their workboots!  Owner, John, brought them lunch, then stayed to inspect and personally help with labelling the new electric panel (which many electricians fail to do at all).  I highly, highly recommend these guys.
