We were also looking for a classy upgrade with marble. So they moved the bathroom wall and the old bathtub, created a beautiful new bathroom, put in the closet for the washer dryer and created a new closet wall in the adjacent bedroom. Several "exploratory" meetings with Boni, our rep and designer, finalized decisions on style and color as well as functional enhancements such as pull out drawer boxes in lower cabinets. Prior to installation, I had the opportunity to meet the owners who further increased my comfort level of doing business with The Creative Kitchen Company. Rod was our installer and was super easy to work with. But more importantly, he is a real craftsman and perfectionist. His workmanship shows in the final product, and is also evident in the little details that would go un-noticed. The project was completed in 4 1/2 consecutive days and at the end of each work day, the kitchen was cleaned up so that we could function as normal in our kitchen. We were highly satisfied with the people, the process, the results and highly recommend The Creative Kitchen Company."

"Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."
