"Our heat went out over the weekend, we called on a Monday morning and Al, the service tech was here by 10am. He found the fuel jets in the furnace were dirty, he cleaned them and restored the heat. He then showed my husband how to clean the burners and a couple of other things that would keep the furnace working at a higher efficiency. We were very satisfied with Al's work, he was polite and answered any questions we asked.
