"I scheduled two estimates the week before. Alex was the only one who showed up. We were surprised at how low his estimate was, and perhaps he did underestimate the time it would take to clear out the house, basement, attic and garage. The next week he arrived on schedule with two workers, one who began hauling junk out of the basement (a lot, by the way, that had been there when my parents moved in) and the other who began dustin cobwebs from the ceilings and sorting out small trash. he opted to haul stuff with his trailer, rather than using a dumpster, which resulted in a longer tie frame.
