"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

I got few responses, but Dave from Bradford Xteriors sent me an email saying that he will stop by and take a look, after my reply, he went and found it as only a minor issue and fixed it with no charge!! Once we made our decision the installation was scheduled and the prep was a breeze. The came out the morning of the install ready to work. The project took longer than anticipated but we were extremely satisfied with the results. We had 2 small screen damages which the company took care of replacing the liners.
