"I cannot recommend this company enough!!! We have a very busy house with three teen/preteen BOYS. One of our toilets suddenly started backing up into the shower (YUCK). So I searched for local plumbers and called the closest one to us. It was a large company and I wanted someone who could â fix it in a flashâ . BAD DECISION. After I waited all day for them to no show I started my search again. I called Tierney Plumbing. They were very responsive and got me right on the schedule saying someone could be out within 2 hours! Yes please! We were even MORE surprised when the plumber called asking if it was ok for him to come EARLY! We were met with Joe and let me tell youâ ¦Joe is the kindest, most professional and RESPECTFUL man ever!!! He was efficient. He was careful with everything. He explained everything. He went over and above what he needed to to make EXTRA sure the issue was resolved. He educated us on some things and â ¦ most importantlyâ ¦ never said ONE negative thing about the â otherâ company. He spoke very highly of his own company, including the owners and other employees. He said they were all very family oriented and I can promise youâ ¦ IT SHOWS!
