"After struggling to find a contractor that we could trust, we found Jose and his company. He answered all of our questions about insurance, design, timeline, and costs, and once we hired him he immediately began working on mockups, ordering materials, and scheduling subcontractors. From day one, everything flowed smoothly. Jose was there to oversee everything, and his team is incredibly skilled. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Everyone has complimented the fantastic tiling in my bathroom! My husband and I are so happy we went with Jose's company and we couldn't recommend them enough. Another bonus is that while he supports you in whatever design you choose, he does provide input based on his many years of experience, which I appreciated greatly."

"As stated above, after contacting Tate from Vicotry appliance he came to fix my refrigerator which was not cooling. He stated that a part would have to be replaced so he replaced. After some time the refrigerator started to get warm again. It took a while for him to respond I asked him to come by and take a look he said he would. He didn't show and after I called and text him he simply said just unplug your fridge for 24hrs. It angers me because I have lost food over this. I trusted he would do his job honestly and not only was he unresponsive he was unprofessional and I'm left with rotten food and a fridge that still doesn't work and 500$ less in my pocket. I don't want to deal with him and this company again I would like a refund ."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"I have used them a few times since the wall oven issue was resolved in 2021 I had issues with my rental unit dishwasher that was fixed, new handle for the Frig.. My Frigidaire Refrig needed a new blower this year they fixed that in April 2025! They were great. This week my washer wont turn on so I have to call them for service! If you want a go to appliance repair company that are knowledgeable and reasonable price call them!"

I contacted Akraba fully aware of their minimum but had a number of tasks and wanted to have the work done by professionals rather than trying to DIY it. This included replacing a window that would not open, replacing an interior double door with one that would lock, repairing the cosmetic damage around a skylight, and replacing a ceiling fan. Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. While we did have some minor issues with the workers they sent (primarily regarding scheduling), Louie was very reassuring throughout the process and personally came to review and address each concern. Now that the work is complete both we and the HOA are happy with the work they did would recommend them to anyone that needs large projects done."
