Despite calling weekly for updates, we were repeatedly told that parts were on order when, in reality, they were not. On top of that, getting anyone on the phone was nearly impossible. Calls routinely went unanswered, and Karen and Jennifer consistently failed to return messages. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company as dealing with them was truly horrific."

He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong.
