Insurance fought me tooth and nail, trying to insist that I didn’t have hail damage and Eddie really went to bat for me. He came back a second time to take additional pictures and a third time to be here when a second insurance adjuster was sent to my house. Megan, with whom the majority of my communication was with, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She would reply to all of my emails almost immediately, regardless of how late in the night I sent them or if it was a weekend. She thoroughly answered all of my questions (which there was a never ending list of as a first time homeowner going through this process). She was way more helpful than my insurance agent with supporting and navigating me through the process. At the end I was also given a $1000 off “coupon” to cover my insurance co-pay so that my roof replacement was entirely FREE. They did a great job replacing my roof and gutters and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn’t tell anyone had even been at my house. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. This is a good, honest company who takes pride in doing great work. Thanks again for everything, Eddie and Megan!!! Of note: my aunt and uncle also had their roof replaced recently and used Tremont roofing as well. Their experience was just as wonderful as mine."

"The workers were on time and each day they made sure that the area around the house was cleaned up.They did some repair on my chimney which turned out better than I expected. "After accepting their very fair proposal and mailing it, they called me the day they got my signed acceptance and asked if they could come out the next day. He said they would arrive at 6 a.m. They did! They tore off the old roof and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job and were very conscientious. "The Heinz roofing crew was super and very dependable. They had the old roof off and the new one on in only 1 1/2 days. Their attention to detail impressed us...from replacing water damaged roof boards to moving landscape solar lights and decor from being harmed. The project manager, Jason, kept us informed of the progress and supervised the roofing crew the whole time. Everything was put back where it belonged and all materials were cleaned up. "This is the second house we've had a roof replaced by The Roofing Dog. This time we only needed an attached garage re-roofed. They did not try to sell me a re-roof for the whole house even though it could've used it. I only wanted the garage done, and that's all they did. Great job on the installation and the customer service. They recommended a saddle be installed in the roof behind a chimney, and no other roofer had done this during the 40 year life of the house. They even offered to let us throw some of our trash into their dumpster. They also replaced one piece of gutter and downspout, and that was fantastic as well. Very happy with The Dog on both roofs they've done for us."

"The service I received from Promax Construction was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a rotted fascia board on the south side of the house that was in dire need of repair and Promax was the only company that I could find in Decatur who were actually willing to come out and get the job done. After calling to set up an appointment, John showed up exactly when scheduled, gave me an estimate and I agreed to it on the spot. His price was fair, so I signed the contract and he said he'd send out his guys as soon as he could. The Promax crew showed up roughly two weeks later and immediately got to work. The first crew of guys (sorry I didn't catch their names or I'd credit them here) pulled down the old board and cut and installed the new piece perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. After that, John had Shane come out to do some finishing work on the roof and chimney and now everything looks fantastic! I am extremely GRATEFUL to Promax Construction for doing this job for me when nobody else would and the next time I need more work done on the house, I will definitely be calling Promax Construction FIRST. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
