The Powder room had a totally rotted floor under the toilet. He tiled the floor and the walls up to about 4'. He painted the ceiling where it had water damage from leaks on the floor above. He repaired the existing wallpaper above the new tile."

He grossly overcharged for a deck repair job and didn’t complete it the way he said he would. He never repaired the railings and only replaced a few spindles. He also used screws in them and split a few of the boards. He is very slow. It took him a whole day to put knobs on our cabinets. He exaggerates what he is capable of doing."
