They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I am aware of some negative reviews on the internet. "From start to finish, asking for a qoute and then the work being done, the job was finished in under two weeks I think. I put out a request and they called that day and had a inspection, which happened early the next week, then they were out like the following week to due the job. Which was tearing out some old box gutters from a front patio and replacing then with regular gutters. The people where super nice, and hilarious. The price of the work was about what I was expecting, so all good there. If I need any more gutter work I will definitely be back. Quick, good quality, and great prices. Lovely people XD "

"Quick response. Brought wrong color downspout first trip. Was having problems with rain overshooting gutter and needed to add downspout to other end of gutter and raise in the middle and one end. The installers went to a lot of trouble to explain what they found and give me options on what could and could not be done. It remains to be seen if what was done works. If nothing else it has to be much better than it was. MK seems to do excellent work but it isn't the cheapest! Hopefully, you get what you pay for. I will probably use them again in the future."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
