We discussed my special requests, which are quite specific, and she was able to quickly estimate the time needed. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't.
