I didn't know Joe Gore (master electrician) before this but he graciously offered to seal it free of charge. I took him up on it and also asked him for a quote to have 3 outlets installed. Not only was the quote reasonable, he was also professional, kind, communicative, honest, accommodating, easy to schedule and punctual. Today (April 2), he installed the 3 outlets.
