"Sales person arrived at appointed time and explained the system to me and walked around my yard to show me what perimiters would work best.  <br /> Installer arrived on time and installation went smoothly until his little trenching machine quit.  He finished with a shovel - good man.  He installed the flags and left me plently to replace any I ran over with lawn mower.  He gave Charlie a walk around on a leash and walked him too close to the flag so he could experience the buzzing warning of his limits. <br /> The buzzing scared Charlie so badly it took about 2 weeks for him to go further than a few steps from the porches of the house. <br /> Invisible fence folks called me every week or two to see how he was doing.    It took more than a month for Charlie to get the hang of where his boundaries were and what were safe areas.    Invisible Fence trainer came back out and worked with Charlie again, pronounced him safely trained and took the buzzer off.   Now Charlie will get (inaudible to human) beeping if he is getting close to his limits and a small shock if he goes to far. <br /> All is well and they were great to work with. <br />"

"They did a great job installing our electrical fence for our dogs.  They not only installed the fence but also sent professional a trainer to make sure the dogs didn't hurt themselves.  The line was also cut by a landscaper and they came out to fix the fence and it wasn't even under warranty.  I was very impressed with their services.  Never dealt with a better company.  They handled my dogs with care to make sure they were not harmed."

We used this other company since they have the same name as the one that originally installed the fence. The new owner, however, uses a different brand and did not tell us that when we had them reactivate the fence after we got a new dog. <br> <br>The other company was difficult to deal with and they claimed they couldn't find the breaks in the wire and wanted to sell us a new system for $2000!  Dave's installer was able to find two breaks in a short amount of time and repaired them professionally for a very reasonable fee! "<p>We recently moved to a new area of Kansas City and needed a new groomer for our dog.  We chose Queen of Paws mainly for its high ratings on Yelp.  When I called to make an appointment, I spoke with the owner who provided me with information about their services and gave me directions to locate their shop.  </p> <p>When my husband picked our dog up from her grooming appointment, she was in a play area with a number of other dogs (not in a kennel as with many groomers).  This would normally be a great thing for most, but unfortunately, our dog is on the shy side (and didn't really appreciate the socialization as much as she should).  We had left a photo to show the groomer how we would like her cut and she did a great job!  She also gave us feedback on how our dog did during the appointment and the condition of her coat.  We will definitely be returning for her next grooming appointment!</p> <br />"

We do offer discounts occasionally, we are a owner installed company usually consisted of one to two installers. We install all of our business and we are also are a sub-contractor, none of our fences are sub-contracted. We do not finance and our billing procedures are sixty percent down for materials and forty percent later after job is complete in either cash or check.

"They did a wonderful job. He was very clean. He laid down all the tarp and everything like he was supposed to unlike the other company which did not use any tarps or any protection. Our entire house looked like it had snow in it. He just did a good job, he showed up on time, he completed the job within the time that he said it will take him, he cleaned up, and he was out the door. We just couldn't ask for more. He was very nice. He was a little pricey but he was worth it. I already have his card laid on the counter because I want to do some more stuff."

"Contacted Pro Built Products on the telephone and spoke with Terry Thompson (Owner) I explained what I needed to accommodate my new puppy.I gave him the size demensions and told him to use 9 guage wire. Terry had this custom kennel made and installed in less than 24 hrs. The kennel looks great, and is very sturdy. He gave me some good ideas for what kind of flooring to use for the kennel. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and are craftsmen.I would definitely recommend and use Pro Built Products again. <br />"
