"We were supposed to "have frigs moved" between 11:30 am and 1 pm. I had to follow-up on the day of the move at 1 pm, to find out why no one had showed up, After 2 delays, the movers started the 1st frig move at 2:30 pm. We wanted to be able to *plan* our day - that was out. Also, I really think the nice, professional and kindly moving guys - should have used an appliance dolly with strap (instead of an ordinary dolly!); much less risk of banging up the refrigerator itself and the walls. We did get some wall-corner damage on one entrance to our kitchen. Nice folks, nice moving guys, they did the job. Not sure they are used to moving appliances about, as in our case."
