"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. "Did our due diligence for solar.  Sunpro far surpassed all others.  All at the company were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - from first contact through installation & beyond.  Got the most panels for the price also.  They made the process seamless and no stress.  Communication is great.  They let you know what to expect, follow up immediately & every step of the way, & answer any questions.  Always easy to contact and could answer any question.  Website is full of all the info you need.  They also take care of everything - financing contact, energy company, permit, tax documents, inspection, etc.  Everything is done as promised & quickly.  They do such a great job there is no time to wonder what's happening next.  Installation team arrived as expected & worked continuously to completion.  Cleaned up so well you can't tell they were  here except for the panels on the roof.  Answered our questions & were polite & friendly.

One to avoid:  Solar Advantage.  Bugged us to death, tried to trick us into going with them; sent long email telling us how awful Sunpro is, which was all untrue.  All others contacted in our area no where near came close to Sunpro - with info, professionalism, knowledge, straightforwardness, & follow-up.
Note:  They plan the panels for $25,000 in order for LA residents to get the full 50% LA rebate ($12,500) & 30% Federal credit ($7,500), leaving $5,000 as our portion.

When the door was ready from the vendor, he picked it up and installed it, clearing out the rotten jamb wood parts and sealing it better than the previous one in. I'm a bit paranoid about air/water sealing, so I'll be touching up some as things settle, but overall Tony did a good job and even came an extra day when things ran over."
