"Nick and James did an amazing job cleaning our home in Leawood! They were professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. Our house, gutters, and windows look fantastic, and they took great care of our landscaping. We couldn?t be happier with the results and highly recommend American Patriots Power Washing!"

"First off, someone or all had BO. That was my first impression. I can say that the floors were cleaned well, but after they left I realized that some things had been dusted and some had not been touched. I noticed that one of the young men was using one of those yellow fluffy dusters to only touch the rims of the artwork. I mentioned to him that he needed to dust the whole thing. I was quite surprised that none of the sliding glass doors and glass on artwork had been dusted or better yet had a window cleaner used on them. The father was touting the use of steam instead of a cleaner on the kitchen and bathroom surfaces but I think things would have looked (and smelled) cleaner had they used a spray cleaner. I am only leaving this review so it might help them do a better job. I had to go through the house with Fabreeze when they left to get the bad smell out. I am miffed that I spent so much money on an inferior job."

"They were on time and efficient. They removed several toys from the vents. They sent pictures of the dirty then clean vents."

"The price was very competitive, so we just scheduled a cleaning for next year."

"Don did a great job cleaning our gutters and downspouts. All of the debris was cleaned up and he was done in around an hour. I will use him again in the future."

"After having ankle surgery, I needed to be off my feet completely for a month and knew I'd need housecleaning to be done. I hired Spotless KC to do the job. They did a deep clean the first visit and then biweekly regular cleanings afterward. They were wonderful! The workers were very attentive to anything that I asked be focused on. I am very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone needing home cleaning services."

"Michael and his crew did an excellent job cleaning, removing years of dust and webs from the basement. It is now super clean and refreshed. Highly recommend."

"Reached out via Angi for advice/opinion/possible abatement of mold and was connected to AdvantaClean. Had a really good experience with Kevin giving straightforward advice for our situation with options for action. Would absolutely work with AdvantaClean again."

"They started out well, but taper off at the end. They did not clean two of the tubs and did not vacuum carpets in two of the rooms. Also, they did not clean the window sill in several of the rooms."
