"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

To Andrew’s credit, his persistence and skill over a period of 2 months finally resulted in my insurance company (known for denying claims) agreeing to a full replacement. If you ever have an insurance company come to assess your property after a storm they often have third party companies doing the work of assessing damage and almost always deny your claim. You should always have a roofing company representative there for you during an inspection since they know what to look for and can convince the adjuster that your claim is valid. I was about to spend $16K to replace my 20-year old roof but thanks to Andrew I only had to pay my deductible."

"Started on Wed, 6th suppy delivery, Thursday started on roof. MOSTLY upset about treatment to property of ours and New neighbors along with our street cluttered with debris/nails including personal trash (chip bags,drink cans,water bottles/caps,banana peel,flatware,egg shell) left by workers on Day 1 & 2 on breaks and not covering filled trailer allowing more debris to blow out until they were to return on Saturday because of windy weather. Gutters took a beating, bent up, punctured and we will be cleaning out covered downspouts of blocked debris, mostly nails. Most concern is we have dogs which need a safe backyard upon leaving site, I spent 30 mins. picking up grouping of long unused nails along with smaller ones with discs attached along with trash, anything that my dogs may get into that would make it unsafe for them. It is a steep 2 story roof, took 2 Full days, 1 day break between but we were told May take 1 day. I will have to get my gutters worked on to fix the drainage/bent issues but at least I saw on the final day all the gutter back splashes were bent outward so told then to fix, figured this would have been a given but the Jr of the guy in charge was there to sign-off workers. A lot of my elephant ears took beating, left my hose turned on but sprayer held it in so didn't notice til second day after leaving job. Also its one thing workers use yard for breaks, its hard work for them not salesmen but when they take over the neighbors yard & driveways by blocking them I'm never for that. Thank goodness I have great ones that didn't mention/complain until next day but wished they had so I could have addressed when I had complaints during the job. Talked to Kevin mostly about my concerns, 1st day & last day by phone, not comfortable with responses so leave it at that."

"Great response on first and all inquiries. Chris is helpful and very knowledgable. He shared options and samples and came back for follow up when we were selecting final bid. Mike, the owner, also good on follow up. He and his team found touch up issues and followed through on all queries. Good work. Bushes were a bit beaten up....guess that's bound to happen. Gutter guys didn't come to finish painting screws and mike followed up immediately once we let him know. Even gutter guys called to say they'd be back when paint didn't match the first time. Thorough and I recommend them. Not the cheapest and that's ok as you get what you pay for."
