I changed my contract a little bit, but I could not get it typed out in a letter. I called and asked for that, but couldn't get it. I couldn't understand the way that it was written and I called and she said that it was all on the sheet that they fill out and give me. I thought I understood what she said, and thought about it later that I didn't know what in the heck she's talking about. I called the office again and did not get her. I told them that I would like to have it written out, typed out, that I have so many more cleanings of the furnace and so many more cleaning of the air conditioning, and I had something added on the furnace and it changed the contract. I wanted to know exactly what I can pick up and read and she just wrote it out on one of their billings. I couldn't read it, I couldn't understand it. We went over it and now that I go back over it, I don't understand it. So, I don't really know what's going on. I didn't pursue it because if I asked where my letter was, she would just say that it was on the bill. I didn't follow up and I don't know exactly what message was relayed to her. If they're going to be a little early they'll call you. If they're going to be a little bit late, they'll call you. I just want to know where I stand with them and have it clarified."
