Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"I can't speak highly enough of Golan's. I've used them 2 or 3 times previously for house to house moves. This time, they emptied my storage locker and brought the items to my condo. They actually arrived early at the storage facility! Who does that?? The three-man crew quickly and efficiently emptied the space and then as quickly and efficiently delivered the items to my home. "I used H2H Movers for local move on 8/29/20. Originally, I booked them for Sunday the 23rd, a few days after the closing date for my new place. When there was some issue in the process; however, the closing date got pushed back by a week and I needed to reschedule the move. Since the first time I contacted them in the early August, I was aware that they were fully booked on the last weekend of August (29 & 30). Even so, because those dates were the only option for me left before having have to vacate my apartment, H2H Movers gracefully squeezed me in their busy schedule. On the day of moving, the main crew member called me when they were leaving the office as well as let me know when they were about 5 min. away. I appreciate these small things that removes any guess-work during already stressed period of time. Once they arrived, OMG they aren’t kidding on the website that these movers work EXTREMELY FAST and EFFICIENTLY. It seemed like every crew (I had a 4 member-unit) knew exactly what they were expected to do prior to coming into my place. They continuously moved in precision, which reminded me of working in the line at the fine dining. Previously I used professional movers several times for the long-distance relocation, but they are by-far the best movers I have ever encountered. Even the 4th floor walk-up didn’t see to slow them down a bit. My new neighbor later mentioned they didn’t even notice that I moved in because the movers were in-and-out so fast they didn’t recognize us being there! All the move was complete within 2 hours and there was no damage what’s-so-ever. Needless to say, I have nothing but great experience with H2H movers. I’d definitely use their service again."

"Things all in all went very well. Prior to the move, there was great communication. My questions were answered promptly and professionally. The movers arrived right on time and the crew walked in the door and started carrying out boxes while I signed paperwork with the supervisor. They clearly knew what was expected and got right to the task. The estimate for time on the job was 4 hours and they completed it in 3.5 hours. When we arrived at the UPack location, they were concerned I might need another container. We did not. They couldn't have fit a roll of duct tape in the containers, but we did not need another one. Hats off to their friendliness, professionalism and courtesy. Overall, they get an A. My only small note was minor things like, the quote included 20 rolls of tape. No one provided me proof that 20 rolls of tape were used, and being told they had done the work in 3.75 hours Overall, extremely minor compared to the relief of reasonable pricing and quality of work overall. Not worth even talking to ownership about. But, if you are someone who is going to nit pick over details even when the quality is above expectations..."
