THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND PROCEED A REPUTATION OF HAVING ZERO AUTHORITY. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM NOR PAY FOR THEIR BUSINESS, THEY DONT CARE.
