Others quoted less, but their solution was to patch the rotted area with Bondo (wood filler) and paint over it."

Another time, when he noticed that the it would not be feasible to do the work given the construction work going on outside my condo , the technician did not charge me for a visit. The last person to come out last Thursday was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did a thorough job repairing and repainting my wall. One day, I will hopefully become more competent at home maintenance. Until then, I will definitely use Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody."
