"These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. "Everything went great, was suppose to start on Mon or Tues but it was raining. They got started on Saturday and finished Sunday evening. The work was fast and great. Jorge kept me informed on what was going on. Everything we discussed from the beginning was done. No problems came up. And when the job was done I was more than satisfied. "We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
