I called Creative and Dan came over and we discussed ways to deal with it. BTW, Dan is very personable fellow, a joy to converse with. In the end we removed the suspect grass and what was underneath it, filled it with new soil and sodded it with new St. Augustein. The crew did a nice job and I'm glad I went with Creative. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"The work was performed professionally with a focus on customer service and getting it done right. Jeff is personable, communicates well and listens. He does not come across as a and quot;know it alland quot; and works with you to identify the problem and suggests solutions. As an example of his focus on correctness, the first time he installed the wood curb, it failed to stay in place during the first rain storm. He had voiced his concern before the rain storm and the concern was justified. He reinstalled the curb using threaded galvanized rod and all is well. Works great. <br /> The job took longer that anticipated because Jeff was also employed full-time. However, since then he has retired and is providing landscaping services through Living-Art full-time now and this should not be a problem. <br /> I will definitely use Jeff again. "Willis hauling showed up promptly and removed everything as they said they would. They did not ask if everything behind the fence was to be cleared. As they assumed it all was going to go, they removed and damaged a ladder and garbage can as well. I would have liked that to have been addressed, but I just let it go. <br /> There was a patch of land behind our storage building that they could not access so they took $50 off their price. <br /> They damaged a fence post that was staying. They very courteously addressed the issue and came back to replace that. <br />"

"Earl and his crew are fantastic. They worked with use to pick the best start date and were here right on time. The old drive was in bad shape due to a huge tree root that was still there. They removed the root and asphalt and prepared the drive for the concrete in one day. The second day they did the framing. On the third day they poured and smoothed the concrete. It looks amazing! Earl also gave us helpful tips to ensure the driveway doesn't crack. If we ever need anymore concrete work, we WILL call Coolbreeze!"
