"Their crew did a great job even though only one of them could speak a little bit of English. I think they are all from South America which is fine. Shingles look good when they was done, great flashing job around the chimney, replaced carport roof cause it was rotted and did a good job and cleaned up all the debris good. Overall I was pleased with the work. My only complaint is that after the company is paid this is the last you will hear from them no matter how many times you try and contact them to call you back. Even the GAF roofing warranty papers they have not sent me even though they said they would. And the salesman did call on his own and left a message that he would mail the warranty to me, but I never got them even after I called about it several times and left messages.. So good roof work, but terrible customer service after they are fully paid. It's one of those things they know you will never call them again since I am 59 and will probably be dead before I need them again. Would I call them to do the work again if I am still hear for next roof....yes I probably would, but I will make sure everything I am supposed to get I do before I make final payment."

The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. "Excellent! Fence was stick built with 2 gates. End result is a sturdy, straight, attractive fence with 2 gates which do not drag or get hung up on the ground. "We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom. We were able to stop the leak the morning after the leak happened, and we called our insurance, and they told to call S I restoration. They sent out a crew of 4 or 5 people, tore out the carpet, and set up fans that eventually dried everything out. We started to notice that it was a while before anyone from SI restoration would come in and actually start the restoration. The demolition crew was very prompt, but not the restoration crew. When they finally would come out, they would only work for 2-3 hours and then they would disappear. The work they did was very good. The bad news is that they would send out workers and there would be very inexperienced supervisors of the workers that would come out. When the supervision is bad, the workers don't seem to work all that hard. We complained to our insurance agent because we hired them upon his recommendation, he was disappointed in them. We tried to talk to the owners, but they were out of town, and the people that they sent were so inexperienced, it was nearly impossible to work with them. We simply wanted to get the work done. My husband complained to the company and things improved from there. From there, the work started to pick up. One thing that really upset me was that they turned in hours into the insurance company that both myself, and the inexperienced supervisor knew wasn't accurate. The good news again, is that once they finally completed the job, was that it was a very good job. The bad news was that it was very poorly managed."

"I will use McNeely Construction for all of my home improvement needs! I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. I called five companies and explained the situation and requested bids. A couple were in my range, but I thought I would try one more, and I am so glad I did! They were the only ones to offer to tarp or temporarily patch the hole until the work began – that was the first clue that I was dealing with a company that puts their customers first. The estimator, Brandon, was at my house on time and he was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign a contract, but I did because of the amazing customer service and the price was right. Six days later, I had a new roof and it looks fabulous! The ladies in the office, Sheri and Janelle, kept in constant contact with me before and after the job. The next day, I had a neighbor ask me who I used because they loved the new roof and needed theirs replaced. I did not hesitate to give them the number for McNeely. I will refer all of my friends and family in the future. .... My next project is siding! I can't wait!"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"They have been great! Recently, my AC went out, and it was $75 flat for them to send someone out and do any needed repairs. They will come out more than once if needed, and it doesn't cost me any more. Same situation with a dishwasher. When I call, someone is out within 24 hours is not sooner."
