"Chuck came out within a couple hours. I was very concerned as I backed out of my garage with my garage door opener in hand as I have two Houdini dogs. I accidentally touched my garage door opener bringing the door down and hit my garage door with my car! I hit it pretty good. I was so cautious about calling a repair man. I thought it would cost a fortune. Chuck fixed my garage door within an hour and only charged me $130 and this is after I told him I had took my metal fence post driver and banged my garage door trying to fix it myself. I thought I destroyed it. I believed I had to replace the entire door. Not so! Chuck fixed it! I can't believe this gentle, kind individual came to my rescue! Let him come to yours!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Mike was absolutely awesome! I had to hire a contractor to upgrade several bathroom and do some other home repair/preparation in my In-Laws home. Most involved additions of safety bars and other handicap items in the bathrooms. Mike arrived to look at the job exactly when he said he would. He looked at all the stuff needing to be done and emailed me an estimate by the next day. (Which was absolutely a great estimate and very detailed and easy to understand.)
