Steve, owner, left bald spots, lakes where ground not leveled and rocky and he did not bring in the dirt as promised. CSLB made him correct the problem. He promises the moon and dumps on his underlings. "

"Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. During construction, the foreman, Tony was very well organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted."
