I referred her to Joe Arnold. Giving her exactly what she wanted, Joe finished the job in two weeks and for thousands less than the original contractor wanted. That's Joe. And speaking of having saved this friend money, Joe's fees were always very fair in cost. More than fair. On this last point, beyond the type of savings he generated for one neighbor, several other neighbors to whom I have referred Joe have actually paid him more than his estimate because they felt he was charging them TOO LITTLE.
