"Nate and his team were very refreshing to deal with. Nate is a no pressure kind of guy, he explained how he and his guys would do the job and gave me several options for shingle type and his pricing for repair and replace of the decking was the most reasonable of all the bids I got. They were very quick, and were done a day early with the roof and were done in less than a day with the gutters. They did a fantastic job of clean up and even took some trash that I had laying around waiting to get tossed without being asked. The clean up job was fantastic, everything looked better than when they started. I will be having him replace the roof of my current house and install new on my new garage. I highly recommend Nathan James, it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!"

"We were selling our house. The buyer did a home inspection and felt that we had some hail damage to the roof. They followed up the inspection with a contractor inspection which also determined damage. I contacted our insurance company and they agreed that there was a claim. We had already determined a closing date and we did not want this to go to escrow, plus I was moving out of the state and the weather was terrible. The easiest thing I could have done was to hire the contractor that had already looked at the roof. They however had vehicle license plates from another state and caller ID from a different state than that! I contacted 3 companies of which Trinity was one. Understanding the situation, they were out quickly to look at the roof, came out Saturday to review the quote, put it into production that Monday, worked hand in hand with the Insurance company, did the beautiful installation in the 2 days it wasn't raining, and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I forgot to mention, this was a very large job. $40K. A 3800 square foot house/garage and a out building. This group was magnificent. They exceeded my expectations, and that doesn't happen very often. I can and do rest comfortably knowing the new owners have a beautiful new home protected with a Trinity roof, gutters and sky lights. THANKS TRINITY!!!"

"Devin was great! I give him 5 stars. I'm submitting only 4 stars on this review because I had a difficult time getting his roofing crew to complete installation of the drip edge. I had to talk to Devin two times to get the crew back and even then there's one side where the drip edge was not replaced."

"The workmanship is top-notch. The new skylight does not leak. They replaced the surrounding shingles, and even some of the sheathing underneath that had sustained some water damage for no additional charge. I wish they had communicated better about the timing of the installation. It was delayed a couple times with no notification or explanation. Sometimes this is because of weather and out of their control, but they could have been more proactive about informing me of the status. Also, there was some confusion about the availability of the product I selected. It wasn't until after installation when they told me that the higher-end skylight was not available in the correct size. But we are pleased with the final result, and the price seems right."

"Seamlessly. We met with Nick and he handled all of the negotiations with the insurance carrier. All went well; they accepted his changes and approved and released the funds . The workers arrived and completed the job , including the removal of two layers of shingles and bringing the new roof up to code, in one day. After they left, there was essentially no trace of construction debris or damage to our plants."

I want to give an A+++ but the rating system doesn't allow for it :) Over the last few weeks, I have called three other roofing companies and got no-shows or no follow-up from all three. I contacted Synergy yesterday, made an appointment for today which they showed up to ON TIME. Not only that, the job was small enough that they were able to fix our issue immediately! They were friendly, professional and the work performed was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
