"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! Tafari is an incredible interesting man to speak with, and we had a great conversation about business, families and current world events. I called and emailed the day before and did not hear back. The day of the appointment I was called and told that the owner had been sick and that the tech scheduled was sick too. They did offer to come the following day which was nice but I had skipped work already to be there. Nice folks that lack professional execution. I can?t comment on how they clean. "

I got a call back about an hour later from an annoyed woman who complained that she was too overworked and that's why nobody was getting back to me. I was then able to schedule an appointment for about 7 weeks out to have my pellet stove cleaned. The day prior to the cleaning a work conflict came up and there was a chance I needed to reschedule the appointment. I called and left a voicemail explaining that I needed to know how long the appointment would take and that if it took longer than 1.5 hours I would need to reschedule. I received no call back. I called the next day (the day of the appointment) first thing in the morning, and had to leave another message stating the same thing. I STILL never received a call back. The stove technician (Noah) called to let us know he was on his way that afternoon and was able to finish the cleaning on time. The stove was cleaned adequately and he was both pleasant and respectful. Bottom line: Good luck scheduling an appointment or communicating with this business on your own time table - there is just no way to get in touch with anyone until they choose to call you back. That being said, one they arrived they were able to do the job adequately without further issue."
