"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I was very happy with the Rich Exterior Solutions crew that replaced my roof. It's a steep pitch and our house is very close to our neighbors'. They did great work and at a solid price."

"Our garage door broke leaving our cars trapped inside. Bigtime Garage came quickly, noticed the actual issues instead of the superficial ones, and fixed them in a way that will last with quality parts. All services were clearly explained and all charges were transparent. We will definitely be repeat customers."

"he came in and took over for an contractor that, left the job, from this site, crk construction, rrblanchette, came in and took over and made my home livable again, now i have crk construction in court trying to recope some of my money back, his name is standley rasimowicz. i do have a judgement against him, but waiting for the money, trying to put liens on his property, thank god for rrblanchette, very nice work"

"There were issues with door replacement. Some of the painting was messy and left spots on mirror in bathroom. Ultimately issues were resolved with much effort."

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
