Then, Midwest Home Improvements team came and measured, obtained whatever permits were needed, and had new gutters fabricated and on my house within two weeks without any additional effort or inconvenience on my part. If I didn't already know and they weren't a completely different color, I probably wouldn't have even noticed a whole crew of people had been there working. "I first contracted Robert for a deck repair and water line repair. I thought he did a good job. He s not as attentive to details. For what I paid I was expecting more. But overall satisfied that I asked if he could replace a faucet in my kitchen. He said yes. I sent him a picture of the faucet I wanted, and he told me that would not work. He sent me a pic of other models to which I found one that I felt was good. But not exactly what I wanted. But I was fine with it. As I was watching him remove the old faucet I knew I was in trouble... I saw Robert use an electric metal saw and saw thru the faucet... which meant there was metal bits flying all over the sink... scratched my counter top and bits fell thru the drain and clogged my garbage disposal. But he did get it out. The water pressure coming out is slow and is not the same. I don t feel this job is his strong suit. I will say that he always responded and is punctual. He did give me a refund. I would add make sure you get it in writing."
