They actually build the fence on-site to ensure their measurements are perfect - no prefab panels! The result is much better looking than the fencing they replaced, and certainly several times better in quality. Their clean up was equally comprehensive - not a speck of dust left anywhere. "I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! I highly recommend Flores Fencing!"

"They tore down parts of a neighbor's fence that was ready to fall down and put in a new cedar fence joining with neighbor's fences and surrounding our house. Were initially very prompt, the work was scheduled quickly, and the quality was very good (looks great and is solid). A lot of small issues came up, but they were willing to fix them all (fence posts needed to be moved wider around the driveway, some work changed on a corner of the fence). It is solid and well built, but has a few quirks - The button to open the front gate is on the fence and not on the door, requiring almost two hands to open (1 + 1 foot works). The gates for the front entrance and the driveway are all metal reinforced so they should never sag, which they claim they are the only fence company in the area building them that way. It took a lot longer to get the guard rail quoted and installed on the basement entrance, at least a couple of weeks. When it was installed, it wasn't mounted where I had wanted it, but they moved that too without any issues, and now it too works and looks great. Most of my dealings were with Jim, an owner, and a couple of people over the phone. They all seemed to know a good deal about what was going on, and were polite and friendly, even when I was not so polite. Would definitely hire them again."
