"I have been using Flor's Cleaning Services for nearly 15 years. During that time, my wife and I moved from a smaller condo to a larger home and had a couple of kids. During all that time, we have never had a problem with Flor's. Not once. The cleaners show up on time, they do a great job, end of story. Once in a while over the years, we have had to hire another cleaning service due to unexpected scheduling issues on our part. These cleaners have been fine, but never as good as what we get from Flor's. I think one reason Flor's is so great is that the proprietors focus on hiring quality people and they retain them. "I gotta give Erzsebet props - she was here today with a crew of 5. Right on time, they spent an hour and a half - so a total of 9 man hours cleaning a very dusty and overdue for cleaning house. They did a great job. Erzsebet was highly responsive and made sure to communicate expectations and ensure that everything went smoothly. I had used another service I found on Angie's list at the end of last year - communications with that group was always a problem.
