"ATTENTION! Stay away from Chris and his tile crew. Not a huge fan of writing reviews, especially like those. But this is bannanas. Chris promised us a superb job and a perfect bathroom, but the reality was far from it. He brought two workers, one of whom had only three months of experience, and another who didn't speak English and whose experience was questionable. Chris occasionally stopped by to check the progress rather than laying tiles himself. What is not more disturbing is that every time leaving, he praised the tile work, saying how perfect the tiles comes out. By the second week, it was clear the job was a disaster: shifted tiles, cracked and dented tile pieces not replaced, bumps, and uneven walls were everywhere, all of which were already grouted. When we first pointed this out to Chris, he promised to fix everything. The next day, they attempted repairs on the marked areas and, inexplicably, on some we hadn't pointed out (why?). The result was even worse—more shifted tiles, new cracked ones, uneven levels, and botched gaps, new gaps were added by sawing them with a circular saw (someone had a very shaky hand)! When we confronted Chris the following morning to discuss the ongoing issues and questioned if they might wanna use spacers to help level the tile gaps, he abruptly ended the conversation, instructed his team to pack up, and left. Since then, he has ignored all our calls and texts (3 days passed). Chris, you owe us 35 boxes of expensive tile, materials, and most importantly, a month of comfort, safety, and cleanliness. Hope you don't expect that couple of packs of grout and dirty sponges will cover the expenses you caused. In addition to money and time, our home, is covered with protective film everywhere on the carpet floor, that remains dirty and unsafe for our family of five, including two preschoolers. Your unprofessionalism has caused us significant stress and inconvenience. Avoid this company at all costs!"

"This is the second time and second home we have used Freedom Renovations for hardwood flooring installation. This time, it was for new hardwood flooring installation throughout our entire home, upstairs and downstairs. Maria and Chris and their team were fantastic to work with. We had severe water damage from a flood and had them remove the old Brazilian cherry hardwoods which we decided to replace with modern 5” white oak. The end result is beautiful and they have been back several times to make things absolutely perfect as we had some other renovations happening in on tantrum and had to fill in some spots after the initial installation due to moving walls and removing structural columns. In the current state of the world where good help is extremely hard to find and contractors are less than professional and rushing to get to the next job, Maria and Chris have continued to provide excellent service and are committed to making their customers happy! We highly recommend and will definitely work with them again in the future!"

"Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. Dented new vanity with installation. Did not use the sinks available as instructed during installation and did not include drill holes in templates, so they accidentally drilled 3 holes for each faucet instead on 1. When they had to correct this error by re-fabricating another slab, they created excessive construction delay by forcing me to re-template another virtually identical quartz slab. At the end of my project, I needed a 3” x 7” countertop side splash revised to a 3” x 11” piece due to a construction change. I tried to pay them to do this. They flat out refused and forced me to go to another fabricator, who was kind enough to generate this piece for me from a remnant for $37. I would not recommend this business!"

I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again. See attached pics of his finished sheetrock work."
