To my great suprise he said he would come out within a couple of hours. He showed up one hour later and saw that my problem was a broken spring. He did not have the right size spring with him but helped me manually raise the door so we could get the car out. He came back the next day at 6:00 p.m., which was great for me since I didn't have to take time off from work, and replaced thedoor springs. Great customer service and good work at a fair price.
