"The quoting process was very smooth and I had two choices, only top surfaces or top and bottom. I chose the more expensive top and bottom surfaces because the porches were installed 2 years ago and had never been stained or sealed. They were up front about when they might slot me in. When weather delayed them, they communicated the updated dates. They called to confirm. I asked for a specific product and they worked with me on that. They were very respectful of my house, yard, plantings and even moved around some super heavy planters and furniture that was difficult to remove. The project looks great and they finished faster than they anticipated."
