"Carefully read the contract and have it checkedby your attorney before signing. There are no siscouts for seniors or veterns. Ask questions before you sign. Presentation and represenation are great but working through their system can be a harrowing experience. The job looks great however roof. chimney flashing, the sky light even though it was not placed where I indicated I wanted it... the gutters and downspouts aren't done yet...clean up is great but the dumpster is still sitting on the street in front of the house.Overall I'm satisfied and it looks great."

"The Owner was excellent at communicating with me. He went above and beyond in cleaning my gutters and also checking out the roof on my garage. The work performed was overpriced. The work was completed in under 45 minutes. What did they do for $1,400? They replaced rusty nails with new nails. The area of the shingles where my roof was leaking through ceiling was sealed. There was no replacement of plywood or shingles. The Owner (Steve) said it was not necessary. He showed me pictures of the work they performed. In addition, the bottom of the roof vents and chimney were sealed. The work they performed was worth about $800 to $900. I was charged $1,400 -- the Owner gave me a 2 year warranty on his work. It has rained in Chicago since my roof was repaired, and so far, so good. I appreciated all the work they did. They did an excellent job, but for the work that was completed, I thought the price point was a bit inflated."

"John and team were wonderful to work with from day 1. I live in a duplex down and had an issue of water leaking through the masonry and roof into my primary bedroom. Initially it was difficult for me to pinpoint what was causing the leak, but John was able to inspect the masonry and roof (roof is TPO and located under my deck) to identify the problem. They ended up patching the seams of my TPO roof and addressed some masonry issues. I also had them install a new Trex deck that I have been wanting. Everything looked great after they were finished! During the repairs John communicated with me every day and addressed my every question (I had many throughout the process).
