"It was absolutely superb. There was continuous communication between Mr. Robert my husband and myself. Although I could not go on the roof personally, I was given step by step video video from beginning to end of the work as it was performed. The workers were awesome. Although my husband understood everything, Mr. Robert took his time and explained everything to me. I'm sharing his information with everybody because of the quality of work he and his team gives. We are blessed to have met and used Adam's Roofing. We will use him again for our future projects. Thank you Adam's Roofing."

"Initially, I thought it was fine. However, I was very curious why the contractor would not let me talk to the insurance adjuster. He told me to stay in the house and leave everything to him. (RED FLAG) I'm not sure why I let that happen. After the negotiations and the contract was signed, the contractor advised that he failed to charge me for the cost of the chimney. We specifically talked about the chimney cost and how he wasn't putting it in the contract so it wouldn't alert the insurance company (RED FLAG ) He would just charge me another $1200 for the chimney or not do the inside work. At that point, I should have cancelled the contract. The contractor yelled at me that he forgot and he made a mistake. Yelled at me in a very loud voice. He then did that "used car" sales pitch where he has to go talk to his boss and then comes back and sends me an email that they will fix the chimney for free. I spent about twice what my budget was, and I really am mad at myself for failing to get other estimates. That is on me. The roofers put a new roof on - my old roof was less than 5 years old - not sure if a simple repair would have been okay and left a mess in my yard. There was debris from my gutters and little blue things that they use when they replace a roof. I told the contractor that, and he said "the roofers don't make money if they clean up after the gutters and feel it's not their job". Okay, whose job is it? Who did I pay to do a job? Am i supposed to hire someone else to finish up what the roofers left behind. My pet peeve is when I pay someone to do a job, and they don't finish the job and say it's not their job. That makes me so angry. Again, I'm so mad at myself. I know better. I just felt like at the end of the day I was taken advantage of. I don't think I needed a whole new roof, I spent twice the money I had budgeted, and I had a mess to take care of. I use Angie's List so I can avoid being taken advantage of and considered the "old lady" who doesn't know anything."

"Our building flat roof was in need of repairs. Our HOA executive board sought out a company that could met our specific needs. I would definitively recommend Alsip Roofing. Rudy and his father came and evaluated our roof, made suggestions for replacement and repair at a budget friendly price point. Their crew members were respectful, helpful, on time, and cleaned up the area after project completion. If there were any concerns before, during, and now after project completion...they are directly addressed by Rudy. We now have a new roof that does not require "silver painting" every few years and warranties! It has been a great experience working with Alsip Roofing."

"We had a clogged drain on top of our roof and Paul was awesome. He was very responsive and came out at a time convenient for us. He was super knowledgable and fair - we will definitely be calling him again for any roofing needs! Very highly recommend"

"I am very happy with the new roof. Daryl, the sales rep, communicated everything very nicely and made sure that I was given the best option for my roof. Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. I wasnâ t able to communicate very well with the roofing crew but the project managers made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of."

"Great experience with A1 Olson Roofing! Our roof on our bungalow and garage were in very bad shape. I received an estimate from Kevin Olson on a Tuesday, signed the contract on a Friday, and work began on our roof the very next day on that Saturday. The entire job was completed by Monday. The roofs both look great, the price was reasonable compared to other estimates I had received, the job was completed quickly, and my property was left clean. Thank you! I highly recommend."

"My experience in looking for contractors, you have to call 5 -6 and hope you get one to return your call. Sonny and Robert were the first to call. They understood and respected that I needed to get another estimate to compare costs. I decided on Montes Roofing because they were professional, fair and will stand by their work. They did a beautiful job on my roof. I highly recommend Montes Roofing."

"They did a great job on my roof. You can't even tell a tree fell on my carport. Mike was professional and very friendly. He took the time to answer my questions and wasn't trying to up sell or get me to buy services I didn't need."

"Very thorough work and made suggestions for future maintenance to prevent further roofing problems"
