"The trees were cut down as promised in a timely manner.  However, I noticed that some branches of the cut trees had lodged in some of the remaining trees.  I called Eric Artmire and told him that perhaps his crew had overlooked these branches.  He stated that the branches were in the trees as a result of a storm and not due to his crew's negligence.  To date, I have not seen his crew return to investigate the situation.  Nor did Eric Artmire ever call me again to discuss the situation further.  He seemed to be insulted that I even would call him about this problem.   Finally, another contractor suggested his company to do landscaping around the now complete pool.  I told the other contractor that I felt Eric Artmire probably wouldn't want to work for me again. But, also I am reluctant to re-engage him considering the above unresolved problem.  <br />"
