"Fast and Bright Cleaning Svc. has been cleaning my house for a few years now, and my house has never been cleaner. They come monthly and do an Excellent job - every time! I've had many cleaning companies in the past that would start out great, but as the months would pass their level of cleaning would go down. Things would get missed. That hasn't happened at all with Fast and Bright Cleaning. My blinds are always clean, ceiling fans, bathrooms and floors are always cleaned the same as they were cleaned on their first visit. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. Hire them - you will not be disappointed!"

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

Post-construction cleaning usually takes about one hour for every 100 to 200 square feet. A team of two to four cleaners might spend 8 to 12 hours for a full-sized home. Start by dusting high surfaces like ceiling fans, walls, and window sills to remove settled particles. Once the dust has settled again, vacuum your floors, carpets, and hard surfaces. Finish by mopping the floors to pick up any remaining dust and leave your home sparkling clean.
You'll need some specific gear for post-construction cleaning. Wear a respirator, eye protection, and gloves. Vacuum floors, cracks, and dusty spots with a shop vac with a certified HEPA filter. Wet mopping helps pick up even more dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpets thoroughly. Running air filters can also help catch any leftover dust particles floating around.
It's best to schedule your cleaning service one to two days after construction wraps up. This gives any remaining dust and debris time to settle so the cleaning team can tackle every spot thoroughly. Be sure to coordinate with your contractor to avoid any unexpected delays.
