"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."

"Terry did a great job on tackling multiple maintenance and repair task in my rental property to prepare it for move-in. All work was completed in a timely manner with excellent quality (no rework or changes required). I will definitely employ Terry’s services again, and would highly recommend 3rd Life,"

"Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. They also had to repair a brick staircase and hand-ground out each mortar joint. Their work was thoughtfully done and impeccable. I canâ t recommend them highly enough."

"Juan was terrific from beginning to end. He was prompt, showed up on time, met us at Floor and Decor to pick out new flooring that he was able to match perfectly, worked a day straight through to get the job done and came back the next day to make sure everything was fine and I was happy, and I am! He replaced our tile floor with LVT and did a wonderful job. His quotes were right in line with others and he gave us a discount on the flooring. He also cut the door to the basement so that it now fits perfectly. He takes great pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. We would definitely work with him again."

"KF was phenomenal. They responded to my inquiry promptly and provided the products and services exactly as advertised. Kelvin is a true professional who made sure he understood what my needs were before he quoted me a price and agreed to the work. They arrived on time and Gilmer began work immediately. The removal of the old garage parts and accessories went smoothly and Gilmer explained everything he was doing and provided information on what went wrong with the old garage system. As he went to install the new garage system he also walked me through what he was installing and how it's all connected to the system. I felt comfortable with the entire process. Long story short, the door is amazing and everything works great. The company even went so far as to notice a small discrepancy with the rod and volunteered to replace it the next day. This is a true testament to their workmanship guarantee and stellar attention to the smallest of details. I would definitely hire them again and I strongly recommend KF (Kelvin and Gilmer) for your garage and/or home improvement needs."

"We had them install all the roofing and other hardware for a full Tesla solar roof. Once that project was going, we also had them do 5 outer window/door projects for us. All went well and we're happy we had them do everything!"

"Not only do we love our new roof, we loved the service and timeliness of the work. Jim came out the same day and gave us an estimate, and was able to replace our roof in one day. He and his team leave no stone unturned, are VERY clean, and spent extra time after our job was done making sure no nails or bits were left on our property. Very impressed!"

"I had two electrical outlets on my deck that had stopped working. One had it's gasket corroded and water got in tripping the GFCI for the sockets. AJ came and replaced the sockets, and put new updated covers on them. Switches work great now. AJ was quick and on time."

"Incredible! Fidel was extremely responsive, came out quickly, and repaired all of the outlets and sliding door for a fair price."
