This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. Joe, the owner of J. Corrigan came out, explained the process that would be followed, and gave us a reasonable quote. His crew was extremely polite, efficient, and respectful. They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. Joe showed up at the job site every day to check on its progress. Although he personally did not inspect the work that had been performed, and it was up to us to point out any concerns we had, Joe was very responsive to any issues that we saw as the work progressed.
