"We called Foamco when we had a water leaking in our ceiling in the computer room. They found and fixed a small surface crack in the roof. They didn?t think the roof was our problem. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. He discovered that our problem was connected to the air conditioner?not the roof. I would definitely use this company for future roofing problems."

"Handy arrived at 630am this morning and waited until 700am to begin the job as planned. He was 30 minutes early!!! He was courteous and concerned about waking the neighbors. Handy brought the necessary tiles to replace the broken ones and they matched perfectly. I would highly recommend Top Notch roofing for your project or repairs. ANGI's List provided a great company for our Repairs. Be sure and ask for "Handy" when you call Top Notch."

They work very efficiently and are very honest about what is or is not a problem when assessing the roof repair. There work is outstanding!!! I will continue to refer them."

"I highly recommend John Donahue and his crew for doing the expert quality work they did on sealing my roof with their liquid rubber sealer. The final texture and look were fantastic and made our roof look like new! John was a real pro in inspecting and evaluating the problems and had wonderful communication skills in explaining every aspect of his suggestions on his solution to use for a cost-effective price! The team of workers was prompt, friendly, and did great work in such a timely manner. Real pros who also did nice cleanup work after the finish of the job!!! I plan to use them again for other home improvement projects because they have been one of the best experiences I have had with home subcontractors!"

"I inquired online through Angi about Royal Roofing. Promptly Sterling returned a call to me and we chatted. I have a 14 year old flat foam roof which is generally in good shape but has experienced blistering over the years. I have done the maintenance work but was inquiring about if there were alternatives to consider. Sterling decided that he wanted to come and inspect the roof. He showed up as promised at the time and day of the appointment. He was polite, friendly and professional. I appreciated Sterling taking the time to visit with me and discuss options."

"George and his crew just completed laying new underlayment on our clay tile roof. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any job! We have a 26 yr old, 2300 sq ft home, which had the original underlayment. After a leak, we contacted 3 contractors for estimates. George responded immediately and came out the next day. Our initial impression was he is honest and we weren't wrong. He didn't add all the unnecessary fluff the other guys wanted to add for a higher profit and came in at thousands below the other 2 bids. After we hired him he came back out to tarp the leak before it rained and until he could get the work done. I believe it was within 2 weeks from the initial contact until he got his crew out here. They were professional, thorough, clean, and fast. It took 2 days to complete our roof. There were no hidden fees and needing to fix or replace anything that didn't need fixing or replaced to increase profit. George's communication throughout the project was excellent. He provided updates, professional advice, and recommended a contractor to repair the drywall damage. We were extremely happy with the drywall repair and cost. We couldn't have repaired the drywall ourselves for much cheaper. We added George to our emergency contact list as our go-to repair man for not just emergencies, but also future projects. Thank you George for being honest and real."

"Valley Contracting repaired my covered patio. It was 23 years old. Wood facia was rotting and the roll out shingles were deteriorating. After product was a new roof with new facia and a slick foam top vs. shingle. They also painted my 2 story house since it's been 13 years. Came home from vacation to a fresh looking house with a new covered patio. Would definitely hire again (next project is whole roof replacement). Their costs are very reasonable, they kept me informed the whole time and got it done in a quickly manner."

"Would recommend to anyone. Will use them again. Had 5 quotes and Mikku was the only one that found the nick in the underpayment and one tile in the other wide of roof that needed to be fixed. Devon and Alex were great and very personable."

"William was great to work with and I actually used him for a roof repair and he painted my house. His guys were courteous and professional. They completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend this company."

"What we appreciated most about ON THE SPOT was that when Austin, the owner, came out the first time, after he personally checked the roof he gave us a full report. He even offered to replace two skylights free of charge, which were in bad shape (but we didn't know that). We had another company come out for a 2nd estimate. One large white man stayed on the ground in his truck but sent the Spanish worker up on the roof. When he came down all he did was give the measurements of the roof. No other information about the condition or broken skylight or cracks around the AC. By the way, they gave a cheaper quote but it turned out they were only going to put down a plastic coat and no foam. That's why we chose ON THE SPOT. What's more Austin, the Boss, returned all phone calls promptly in person, unheard of today. The company did the work in record time and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy as the foam roof will make our AC 30%-40% more efficient. Only one thing confused us. Because we chose from Home Advisor website we read we were getting a 15% discount. We did not. Thank you for allowing us to share our experience."
