"My new roof installation went smoothly from beginning to end. Sean Waymire did a thorough examination of the job to be done, took exact measurements and gave me a fair price. Jeremy Johnson and a colleague were on site as project managers. The installation team did an excellent job, and were glad to answer my questions as the job progressed. Ms. Marissa Tyrell, as Operations Coordinator, kept me informed at every step of the project. I recommend Universal Roof & Contracting for their fully professional work."

"We recently reached out to multiple roofing companies for quotes to replace our roof. Greg Luebbe was our contact at Angie Roofing. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Greg walked us through everything we would need to know and took the time to answer all our questions. He also took the time to explain the process of reporting our claim to the insurance company. We now have insurance approval and going to set up an appointment with Angi Roofing to install our roof. I would recommend Greg Luebbe and Angi Roofing for anyone need a professional and responsive company to work with."

"So far so good! He showed up time and did everything within the time frame. He even put on a second coat of sealing after we requested it."

"Sameer is one of the most honest people I have met. I left this message before. Over 5 years ago, Sameer was a referral came to Our house to inspect and give Me a quote. The quote was You want need a roof for at least 5 Years. Same not as He was then. The Best, as were the crew that did the job."

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

"Jim Curry and Kevin were punctual and helpful. Price was a bit over what I think the job should have been done for, but to expedite the job prior to the rainy season, we had them do it, and it was done when they said they would. I can not vouch for the quality of the shingle job, but I assume they did it correctly- we shall see in the coming months of rains... the flat roof I was not happy with, though. The original quote was to pressure wash the roof, then install 3 coats of the rubberized coating. I saw the installer on the roof, and it was not pressure washed. Jim said that it was due to the fact that there were all these little pieces sticking up, which I assumed would be removed by the pressure washing. Jim said that they were part of the underlay, and to pressure wash them would be a problem; I agreed, but this should have been brought up prior to quoting the job so that we could have come up with another solution. Now I have a roof that may be waterproof, but will catch all the dirt in these little crevices that have been permanently imbedded in the rubber. Also, they were only going to put one coat on, when the quote said 3 coats; when I mentioned this, Kevin said that he would come back the next day, and put on a second coat, which he did. The third coat was not done- they assured me that only 1 coat was needed, but put the second coat on anyway, which is probably true. My only problem with them is the discrepancy between what they quoted and what was done, hence the B for quality and professionalism- time will tell if either roof leaks. I would definitely use them again, but would talk a bit more about what was to be done, and how they intended to do the job."
