"Please ignore good review I gave them. Called once 2 months after job done and Jimmy was not only not interested in looking at the problem but was nasty to me on the phone. I thought I could trust him, but I guess not."

"This was my second time using Sean. We had our kitchen backsplash done in Marble and we are thrilled with the finished product. Sean couldn’t be more accommodating and does great work. Great communication and does everything you ask for. Highly recommend. "

"My driveway fell apart within days. The company is non-responsive to a warranty claim. It wasn't installed properly, and the gravel started flaking off immediately. It is already leaving depressions which will only get worse after winter. I have been chasing this company for months with vague promises they will look into it. Their last response was for me to sealcoat the driveway - at my expense! - which would only cover up the damage. I am pursuing a claim in court. Avoid this company if you don't want to have to do this."

"Amazing work! The crew was extremely clean, professional, and respectful. The owner is very polite and truly values your time and money ? their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they deliver. They restored my parents? fireplace and it looks brand new. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Everything was left spotless when the job was finished. Highly recommend them if you want honest pricing, great service, and beautiful results. "

"The project took much longer than expected to finish because there was a shortage in supplies. As soon as the supplies arrived, Ekram’s team resumed the work right away and worked through cold winter days to complete the project. Ekram is responsive to our requests. The workers are also friendly and professional although they needed reminders to keep the work areas clean sometimes."

"This review is long overdue. I contacted Sealpro Mahwah because I have seen their work in several driveways in the neighborhood. I can literally see why they are recommended. Their work looked very good on every driveway that i saw. I contacted the business and response time was very good. I spoke w Lou and he was upfront, honest and very nice. We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. I admit the quote was not the lowest of the three bids I received from companies BUT Lou seemed the most upfront of what we could expect. I was comfortable on price we landed on and very happy I went with SealPro. I have recommended to my neighbors and would use them again. Thank you to Lou, his crew and everybody at SealPro."

"He is pleasant, prompt, courteous and charges a fair price. I definitely recommend him and his company. The hornets' nest removal cost about $125.00; the tree-&-shrub treatment is about $25.00 per month."

"I had used them to perform work in my backyard last year. They installed three zones with multiple heads the total bill was 1k. They did a good Job. I recently had an issue with a sprinkler head in the front. I had asked to set a time to have this fixed along with some other things but since they can't schedule in a timely manner they called at the last minute and said they are in the area so I said fine please replace the one sprinkler head in the front. They gave me a bill for $170 dollars. It took the person 10 minutes. In that $170 they charged me $50 for a sprinkler head that cost $7 dollars. I complained and the secretary told me this is what it cost for two men to come onsite. I didn't asked for two men to replace one sprinkler head. I won't be using them again!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Little Neck, NY

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
