"I have owned many homes and worked with many contractors and Rob of Sunrise roofing is one of the best I have worked with. He is honest, reliable, and good at what he does. When I asked for a quote to replace our roof he got back to me quickly with a clearly written statement of what they would do and for how much. Despite being in tremendous demand, he is very responsive to questions and very clear about their availability and the timing of when the work will be done. Most important to me, he does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. In my case, I had to delay the work for a number of months and was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to honor his initial quote despite the delay and a significant increase in the demand for their services. I am also very grateful for the extra work they did repairing some problems that were found as part of an inspection. Many contractors would have used that work as an opportunity to increase their bid significantly but Rob and Sunrise did it as part of the job and refused to accept any additional payment; despite my offering to pay them extra multiple times. Finally, the roof looks great and I’m very happy I hired Rob and Sunrise roofing to do the job."

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

We called at least 6 roofing companies in the phone book and Mendocino Roofing was only 1 of 2 companies that even returned our call. They were professional in every sense of the word. They were quick with their bid and completed the job when they said that they would. "We have a 4,300 square-foot roof. They arrived promptly on a Monday morning. All old roof materials were removed by Tuesday afternoon. Necessary repairs were made and the entire roofing process was completed by Thursday afternoon. All scrap and extra materials were removed daily and trailers and materials stored neatly and out of the way each evening. Workers arrived promptly each. morning at 7:30 and the property was clean and materials stored by 4:00 each afternoon. The owner, Mike Oughton, came by twice before the job began. Once to give us the estimate and recommend the best roofing materials based upon our situation and location and a second time so we could pick the roof color and set the project dates. Mike is professional, knowledgable and his employees were great to work with. Mike was here every day working and to oversee the progress. The roof was finished on a Thursday and Friday/Saturday we got 3.5 inches of rain. We are warm, dry and very pleased! <br />"

"Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."

"I decided to have Culpepper Roofing re roof my house because of his rating on Angies List and because he was recommended by my neighbor who is a contractor.  His bid was timely and $1,000 under what the other two roofing companies bid.  The workers arrived at the same time each morning.  They were very professional and very respectful of my property. The workers vented the top of my roof (which had not been done on old roof) and used high quality shingles. They even roofed the top of my bay window.  It took them a week to finish the job, when they left everthing was cleaned up and decks blown off.  My roof looks great.  I would highly recommend Culpepper Roofing to anyone looking for a quality contractor.  Thank you Angies list. <br />"
