To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. "Very happy with this company. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, did it well, and did it for the price we had agreed on. The skylight went smoothly. They respected our space and cleaned up their work. The ceiling fan they installed turned out to be a dud (not their fault - we had ordered it online). They uninstalled the fan, boxed it up, explained why it wasn't working, went and found a new one, installed that one, discovered that was a dud too, uninstalled and returned that one, and finally installed a third fan that we ordered from a different supplier. They did a wonderful job, were thoughtful and calm throughout, and barely charged for the additional work. We will definitely keep using them for additional projects. They also looked at other projects we have in the house and gave reasonable advice on how to proceed."
