He called me the next morning and came out that afternoon and reattached the loose hinges of the exterior wood door on my carport. He purchased some longer screws and used his power drill to install them in the three door hinges. Also, he removed the door and sawed off a thin sliver of wood along the bottom of the door, so the door opens and closes properly, and swings smoothly without scrapping the wood floor. His price for doing the work was extremely reasonable; and paying with my credit card using his phone payment app was so convenient."

The owner Clyde Sanders came out to get a visual on our ceiling repair and said he could do the repair on the following Monday. Shortly Clyde and his son Steven arrived on time and did a first class repair job, including repainting the ceiling and hanging two ceiling lights..
